PICTURE/ICON DRAW AND EDIT PROGRAM

22 Jul 94

READ.ME FILE

Welcome to my picture/icon viewer/editor. All the appropriate files
are included for the Series 3a. (Series 3 version also available).
I have also included some example .PIC files which I downloaded from
various bulletin boards. Most of these were uploaded by anonymous
donors, so I offer them my thanks and acknowledgements for their hard work.

The ZIP file should contain the following files:

READ.ME This file

Series 3a files

DRAWS3A.OPA Main Application
DEDITS3A.OPO	Overlay file (Essential)
DHELPS3A.OPO	Overlay file (Optional)

DRAWS3A.DOC Documentation

Some example Icons and Pictures

BLANK.PIC Blank Background for S3a Icon
BLANK2.PIC Another Blank Background for S3a Icon
COMMS.PIC Example S3a Icon
PSION.PIC Example S3a Icon

GREY.PIC Example Picture drawn using program
PORSCHE.PIC Example Black only Picture
UNDERGND.PIC	Map of Underground

When you first run the program it will generate a DRAW.CFG file in
the \OPD\ directory, to keep the defaults.

Installation:

1.	Put the OPA file (DRAWS3A.OPA) into any directory, (normally the
\APP\ directory) and install as covered in the manual using <Psion-I>.

2.	Put the.OPO overlay files into any \OPO\ directory (Note that the
Help overlay can be left out if you not need on-line help).

3.	Make a new \PICS\ directory on any drive, and put the .PIC files
into it.

4.	Update the system screen if required.

5.	Select any picture to View/Edit. Play around with all of the menu
commands to see the programs's capabilities. The on-line help is
very comprehensive, so you should only have to resort to the
documentation very occasionally.
